Step 2x: Setup GitHub

First you will have to register your application on GitHub. Check out the
documentation for more information: http://developer.github.com/v3/oauth/.

Next configure a resource owner of type `github` with appropriate
`client_id`, `client_secret` & `scope`. For the available scopes you should
check official Github documentation: https://developer.github.com/v3/oauth/#scopes

hwi_oauth:
    resource_owners:
        any_name:
            type:                github
            client_id:           <client_id>
            client_secret:       <client_secret>
            scope:               'user:email,public_repo'
```

When you're done. Continue by configuring the security layer or go back to
